• Please allow 8–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information (if applicable).

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives:

• Damaged during shipping

• Defective

• Broken upon arrival

• Missing an item due to our error

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s)

• A brief description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or replacement for the affected item.

Please note:

• We cannot issue refunds or replacements for damage caused after delivery, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by Sweet Dreamz Collectives.

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
